This site is dedicated to informing people of the information that I've gathered during my spiritual journey. Through my studies of Shamanism, Reiki, ARCH and Aikido I've come to view the world and everything on it as a wonderful gift that we need to nurture and protect.

Ho'oponopono - Perfect Balance



Ho'oponopono is a simple yet effective method used by the Hawaiians for thousands of years. The goal of Ho'oponopono can be found by breaking down the term:

ho'o means to make, do, create
pono is to balance, goodness, correctness, perfect order

I am part of a new organization, Lifespark, that helps Cancer patients deal with the effects of chemo and radiation. Additionally, the organization supports the overall spiritual health of an individual traveling the path that includes cancer.
